Foster Application

Buckeye Basset Hound Rescue (BBHR) thanks you for your consideration in completing this application to provide temporary housing for a BBHR Foster Dog. Please note applications are kept on file for one (1) year.

Application MUST be completed in full. Only those applications completed in FULL will be processed.

Please contact your veterinarian to give them permission to speak with us upon completion of this application. Completing this application does not put the applicant under any obligation and does not guarantee that the applicant will receive a Foster Dog. Applicant/Co-Applicant must be 25 years or older and have an a bove ground fence with a latching gate.
